Why Pop-Up Studio?

We believe pets are most relaxed at home where we're just another mere visitors to their castle. This is where we can capture their most natural behaviour and expressions - the most admirable and handsome, and certainly the ones that will remind you of the fond memories you share.

Sometimes, this is the only portrait photography option for shyer pets or very young pets. 

Why is there a special session for puppy?

We understand that puppies can be quite a handful - always moving, never settle, and very tricky to photograph. The only time they stop, they have their eye lids closed. When they're in action, they're just so cute whatever they're doing. This phase is so short that if missed, only blurry images can serve as reminder that they once used to be so tiny!

We designed the puppy session especially to encourage puppy owners to have this very special phase professionally captured to create stunning pictures reminding you of the extra fun memories shared between you and the 'little' fluffy one(s). 

And of course puppies are, oh, so adorable! We love meeting puppies.

Breeders: Why is there a special breeder session?

We understand how you'd love to keep every single pup - the litter is just the perfect combination between your lovely girl and her boyfriend. We also understand how frustrating it can be that sometimes when the puppies join their forever homes, you may seldom hear from them, you may rarely see them, and you miss them so much.

This is why we believe that it's so meaningful to have a photo session for the litter and their mummy dog, capturing the sibling moments and mummy love. We are very experienced in handling little pups. We're very gentle while placing them "on stage", patiently guiding them to look at the camera, and we sanitise every piece of gear that a pup may be in contact with. Our keepsake photo album is very popular among our breeder clients.

How do I order a photography session?

Please contact us. We would love to discuss your ideas and agree a date/time for your photo session. We will then send you a link to review the contract and place a session order with us. Simple as that!

How do I order an Artwork for Photography Image?

Please let us know the artwork you're interested in. Adele will propose design/s using the images you select as "favourite" in your personal gallery. We want you to LOVE your artwork - we'll make changes with your feedbacks to ensure every detail is to perfection.

When design is finalised, we invite you to place order in our Artwork Store and you'll be asked to accept artwork design before checkout.

What is the delivery cost?

£5.99 for order of any size to anywhere in the UK.

Do you ship outside UK?

Yes we do! Please contact us for a quote for international shipping.

Collection at Doodley Dogs?

You can choose to collect Artwork at one of our partner Doodley Dogs’ day care centres in Crawley or Storrington. Delivery option is selected at checkout.

Is print release included?

No, all offering on this website are for private use only and do not include print release.

How long will delivery of my Artwork take?

15 working days. We usually use DPD because we love that they give 1-hour delivery window and we would like you to enjoy the same. We use UPS for extra bulky artwork delivery because they're very good at handling fragile goods.

What happens if my delivery is damaged?

We recommend checking your delivery in the presence of the courier personnel - should you find any damage to the parcel, please refuse receipt and contact us immediately so that we can order a replacement for you.

If you only notice damage after receiving the delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Please keep original packaging in case a return is required, and please send us pictures of the damage artwork.

How can I pay?

We accept card payments (VISA, MasterCard, American Express). In addition, for physical products (artwork) we accept Apple Pay too. Payment is required upon placing an order.

Can I cancel an order?

Photography Session - Yes you can cancel a session up to 7 days after placing an order. You can reschedule a session up to 14 days before the agreed date. If you place an order for a session date within the next 14 days, it is not possible to cancel the session.

Painting - Yes you can cancel a painting order up to 24 hours after placing your order. After this period, it is not possible to cancel the order.

Artwork - Yes you can cancel an artwork order up to 24 hours after placing your order. After this period, it is not possible to cancel the order.

Can I return an order?

Due to the bespoke nature of all Artwork products, it is not possible to return an artwork order unless it is received damaged or faulty, please see - What happens if my delivery is damaged?
